You're responsible for the safe, high-quality delivery of single-day experiences, ensuring every participant is engaged, safe, and leaves with a meaningful connection to the community and purpose of the programmes.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute the approved daily itinerary while adapting in real time to weather, logistics, and group dynamics
• Conduct a morning briefing and closing debrief with the group on every programme day
• Lead the front-back movement model, enforce the buddy system, and conduct headcounts at every
transition
• Facilitate service learning activities using the four-stage reflection framework
• Brief participants on photography consent, cultural expectations, and community respect before every visit
• Conduct a visual safety assessment of every location before participants arrive
• Monitor participant wellbeing throughout the day and respond to incidents using company protocols
• Track all programme expenses daily with receipts; submit documentation within 24 hours of return
• Distribute and collect the Participant Evaluation Form before the group disperses

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated experience leading youth or student groups in travel, outdoor education, or programme
settings
• Confident public facilitator with strong emotional intelligence and conflict management skills
• High cultural competency and genuine respect for communities
• Sound judgment in safety and emergency situations
• Proficiency with WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and CamScanner
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS (TRAINING PROVIDED)
• Standard First Aid with Adult CPR from a recognized body (in-person only)
• Pediatrics First Aid with CPR for programmes with participants under 16 (preferable)
• Tour Guide License where required by destination (e.g. TPDco, JHTA license for Jamaica)
