Seeking a motivated and results-driven External Sales Representative to promote and sell commercial supplies to hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, attractions, and other tourism-related businesses.

External Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits, customer engagement, and promoting the company’s products or services while maintaining a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. They possess strong networking abilities, are comfortable engaging decision-makers within hotels and restaurants, and have a proven ability to generate revenue while building long-term business relationships. Salary Structure
-Base Salary
-General Commission – 5%
-Specialized Commission – 10%
-Motor Vehicle Maintenance
-Gas Card

 Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
 Number of new clients acquired
 Client retention and satisfaction rates
 Conversion rate of leads to sales
 Timeliness and accuracy of reporting

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications & Experience
● BSc. Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or a related field desirable.
● Minimum 3 years experience in sales, hospitality, or a related industry.
● Experience working with hotels, restaurants, or tourism-related businesses would be an asset.
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
● Certification is sales, marketing, promotions, and customer service would be an asset.
