The Bistro Manager is responsible for:
Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Supervising front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure service and food quality standards
Monitoring staff performance, supporting training, and managing team matters
Ensuring proper use and care of equipment to prevent misuse and breakdown
Managing inventory, stock control, and safeguarding supplies from loss or theft
Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and high standards of customer service
Monitoring sales, budgets, and cost control measures to reduce waste and manage expenses
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards at all times

Salary $200,000.00 Net Monthly
Negotiable: Based on qualifications & experience

Key Selection Criteria

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field
2+ years’ relevant experience and valid Food Handler’s Permit
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and basic inventory/POS
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills
Ability to multitask and assist in various roles
Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Reliable motor vehicle
