Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating high-quality steakhouse menu items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining food safety, kitchen efficiency, and exceptional presentation.
The selected candidate will be expected to:
1. Prepare, cook, and present steakhouse menu items to established quality standards, utilizing grills, ranges, and other kitchen equipment to ensure proper cooking temperatures, consistency, and presentation.
2. Execute à la carte service efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, coordinating with other culinary team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders while maintaining high food quality standards.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation, monitor inventory and stock levels, follow recipes and portion controls, and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Education & Experience
Certification: Level 3 or 4 Culinarian
1 Year Line Chef Experience Minimum
