About the role

General Responsibilities
Take guest orders accurately
Warmly and guide them though the dining experience
Manage multiple guests at the same time
Provide accurate information about the restaurant
Collaborate with FOH team and managers to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and side work stations
Assist in creating a positive and memorable guest experience

Key Selection Criteria

Standard
Over 18 years old
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Education
Customer Service Certification
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate

Experience
Experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred)
Exposure to high-volume dining environments (preferred)
