Ideal candidate is a results-oriented and motivated sales professional with a strong command of the local and regional hospitality market.
The Senior Sales Executive will own a portfolio of clients, drive new business and ensure the hotel remains visible, competitive, and profitable. The Senior Sales Executive will monitor market trends, maintain up-to-date sales reports, participate in networking events and trade shows, and support the development and execution of sales and promotional campaigns to achieve revenue targets. The role requires strong sales ability, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate, group, and event accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze local markets, assess competitor activity, monitor travel trends, and create promotions to capture revenue opportunities.
• Monitor occupancy rates, room rates, and key performance statistics daily to ensure profitability.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to acquire new business and retain existing accounts.
• Prepare competitive proposals, contracts, and customised packages for clients across all segments.
• Ensure the hotel's visibility is maintained across all OTA portals at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and OTA account managers.
• Communicate guest satisfaction issues to relevant department heads and assist in timely resolution.
• Prepare sales activity reports, updates, and account performance summaries.

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or account management capacity.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a hospitality environment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to direct marketing activity and coordinate promotional campaigns in support of sales objectives.
• Proficiency in property management systems and OTA platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
