As a Customer Service & Sales Associate at 2 Hampers & A Mule Jamaica, you'll be at the heart of our mission to celebrate Jamaican culture and deliver a positive customer experience. This role blends frontline service with essential retail and accounting functions in a busy travel retail environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting customers with product information and purchases in a friendly and respectful manner
• Addressing customer concerns promptly and tactfully
• Supporting sales efforts and striving to meet or exceed daily targets
• Billing customers accurately and managing cash floats and lodgments at shift change
• Ensuring shelves are stocked and store standards are maintained, including removing expired, damaged, or improperly labeled items
• Participating in inventory counts and reporting variances

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) that requires availability on weekends and public holidays, based on airport operating hours.
