About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor leads the restaurant service team to ensure smooth operations, high-quality food and beverage service, and memorable guest experiences. The role oversees staff performance, restaurant presentation, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel service, health, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff.
Ensure prompt, professional, and friendly service to guests.
Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams to maintain smooth service.
Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching and guidance.
Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations meet hotel standards.
Address guest requests, concerns, and service issues promptly.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Support inventory, stock control, and cost-management procedures.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety requirements.
Assist with training, scheduling, special events, and other F&B operations as required

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications & Experience
Associate Degree/BSc. in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or related field.
2–3 years' experience in hotel or restaurant Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory experience.
Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
