1. Minimum 2 years proven leadership experience in supervising teams within a restaurant or hospitality setting

3. Strong operational knowledge including POS systems, cash handling, and shift management
4. Team-oriented approach with the ability to foster collaboration and support staff development
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
