General Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency
Manage staff schedules, assignments, and appropriately delegate tasks
Conduct training for team members to maintain service standards
Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction
Inventory and purchasing oversight
Coordinate tool and equipment maintenance
Hire, train, maintain standards
Use point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Prepare reports on sales, operations, and staff performance
Standard
Over 18 years old
Able to write, converse and understand the English language
Good numeracy skills and computer literacy
Able to complete training and duties associated with the role
Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends
Education
Bachelor Degree / Hospitality Management/ Food & Beverage
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Health & Safety Certification
Excellent industry knowledge
Experience
Experience as a Supervisor/Manager - 5 years minimum
Exposure to fast paced environment
Extensive cash handling and payment processing
Experience in conflict resolution and team motivation
Transferable Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
