We are looking for a talented mixologist to create, prepare, and serve high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.

About the role

The selected candidate will be expected to:

1. Create, prepare, and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks while ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to established recipes and standards.

2. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making beverage recommendations, and creating a welcoming and memorable bar experience.

3. Maintain bar operations by managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to revenue growth through product knowledge, upselling, and innovative drink offerings.

Key Selection Criteria

Education & Experience
Certification: Food & Beverage, Bartending, Wines & Spirits
1 Year Experience Minimum

Desired Characteristics & Competencies
Knowledge of spirits, infusions, and modern cocktail techniques
Ability to develop seasonal menus
Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for presentation
Strong communication skills and guest-focused energy
Cash handling experience
Ability to collaborate with a team
