The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests by preparing and serving drinks with accuracy, efficiency, and flair.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining or bar experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Works closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years + proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or bar setting
Strong mixology skills and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
Certification in bar operations, mixology
