We are looking for an ambitious line cook for our fish section to complete our brilliant kitchen team composed by 11 competent professionals including chef owner Jean Jacques Carquillat.
The line cook is dedicated to the fish section, key for our success as french caribbean restaurant. Has to be able to cook different type of fish dishes including the sides that complement them. She/He reports to the head chef and has the opportunity to grow in the organization according to performance. Le Shack is the best rated restaurant in Barbados thanks to the high quality of food and service, the candidate has to be able to keep up the reputation of the restaurant. We are a "family run" restaurant, we care about our employees as much as our guests.
Strong work ethic, passion and ambition
Ability to work every afternoon/evening including holidays (the restaurant is open daily from 5.30pm)
The candidate has to be competent but open to learn new techniques.
She/He has to be clean, flexible and team worker
At least 1 year of experience in restaurant
