The Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate records of all food, beverage, and supply inventories.
This role ensures that stock levels are sufficient to meet operational needs while minimizing waste, pilferage, and cost overruns. The Inventory Officer plays a key part in supporting smooth kitchen and bar operations through timely procurement, proper storage, and regular reporting.
Prior experience in inventory control, storekeeping, or restaurant/retail stock management.
Strong analytical and numerical skills; attention to detail.
Familiarity with POS systems, spreadsheets, and inventory software is a plus
Knowledge of food & beverage handling standards and health & safety guidelines.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
