Tracks and maintains accurate records of goods and equipment by receiving shipments, updating databases, conducting counts, reconciling discrepancies, ensuring items are properly stored and stocked, supporting efficient operations.

About the role

General Responsibilities
Receiving & Processing: Unload deliveries, check goods against purchase orders, inspect for damage
Stock Management: Accurately updating inventory with incoming & outgoing items
Auditing & Reconciliation: Performing regular stock counts & investigating & resolving discrepancies
Issuing & Distribution: Preparing items for orders & organizing distribution
Reporting: Notify managers of low stock, obsolete items, or issues; generate daily reports
Organization & Safety: Keeping stock areas clean, orderly, and ensuring items are in designated locations; adhering to safety protocols and PPE

Key Selection Criteria

Standard
Over 18 years old
Able to write, converse and understand the English language
Good numeracy skills and computer literacy
Able to complete training and duties associated with the role
Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends

Education
Skills Training Certificate OR Associate Degree
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Health & Safety Certification

Experience
1-3 years of experience in warehousing, retail, or logistics
Experience using Inventory Management Software, Google Workspace, MS Office
Exposure to fast paced environment
Cash handling and payment processing
