Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role with ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of the hotel’s HR team and will support day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, compliance with HR policies, and general HR support. The role also includes supporting HR management, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the overall success and organizational effectiveness of the hotel.


Qualifications

1. Experience in Human Resources and HR Management.
2. Proficiency in benefits administration and a solid understanding of HR policies.
3. Strong employee relations skills with the ability to navigate workplace concerns professionally.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
6. Proficiency in HR systems and software is an advantage.
7. Knowledge of Jamaican labor laws and regulations is preferred.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
