The company is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Officer to manage 100-150 employees between two locations in Clarendon and Mandeville for a well known Restaurant brand.
The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and dynamic Human Resource Officer to manage all aspects of the employee life cycle within restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a critical partner to our management team. Legal compliance and a positive workplace culture in a high-pressure environment is what is needed to maintain success in the business. This role balances administrative tasks with hands-on employee relations across front-of-house, back-of-house and administrative teams.
Key Selection Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Human Resource role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including equal opportunity and workplace safety
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes
