About the role

Plant, water, prune, weed, and maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas.
Ensure gardens and walking trails are clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
Apply fertilizers, mulch, and pest control treatments safely and responsibly.
Operate and maintain gardening tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
Monitor plant health and recommend improvements to enhance the landscape.
Assist with seasonal planting, landscaping projects, and habitat conservation initiatives.
Support the team in creating a safe, enjoyable, and visually appealing environment for guests.

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Landscaping, or a related field is an asset.
Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture preferred.
Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required.
