About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Trainer works closely with Food & Beverage management and operational teams to assess training needs and deliver practical training across restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and special events. The role ensures employees consistently demonstrate the hotel's standards for guest service, food and beverage knowledge, service techniques, professionalism, and operational efficiency.

Key Selection Criteria

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
5+ years’ F&B experience, including supervisory/training experience.
Strong service, leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
