About the role

Responsible for leading and managing all food and beverage operations within the hotel to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role oversees restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and special events while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and compliance. The Food & Beverage Manager works closely with department heads to drive revenue growth, control costs, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
-Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
-Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate food and beverage team members.
-Develop and implement service standards, menus, promotions, and operational procedures.
-Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies while achieving departmental performance targets.

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications & Experience
-Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, including management experience.
-Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and hotel food service operations.
-Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and revenue management.
=Proven leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
