We’re looking for a personable and professional Concierge Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable stay.
The Concierge Agent is a skilled hospitality professional dedicated to attending to guests' needs and assisting them with organizing their accommodations while staying at the hotel. The Agent fosters positive relationships with guests by being professional, engaging, attentive, and resourceful, to ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience. The Agent will also act as a Relief Night Auditor which combines concierge duties, essential end-of-day audit responsibilities, including daily balancing the revenue and expense transaction, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports during the night.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Administration preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night auditing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with financial and property management software (e.g., Opera, IQware, or similar).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and financial reporting.
Skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Accounting skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry accounting, word processing
• Ability to multitask effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
