General Responsibilities
Meet attire and deportment standards
Working closely with customers to determine their needs
Answer customer questions about your products and recommend the right solutions
Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
Knowledgeable of all products are critical
Maintain store’s visual appearance and high standards
Achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals

Key Selection Criteria

Standard
Over 18 years old
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Education
Customer Service Certification
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate

Experience
Experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred)
Exposure to retail operations (preferred)
