Summary

Provide food and beverage service at events, ensuring timely delivery and a polished guest experience.

About the role

Welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Serve meals and beverages promptly, accurately, and professionally in the restaurant and during banquet functions.
Set up and maintain dining rooms, banquet halls, tables, linens, place settings, and service stations to hotel standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of guest orders.
Respond promptly to guest requests, dietary requirements, and concerns to ensure exceptional service.
Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of conferences, weddings, meetings, and other special events.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations at all times.
Support colleagues and contribute to smooth restaurant and banquet operations.
