About the role

Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel recipes, quality standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Set up, stock, and maintain bar stations for daily operations and banquet events.
Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive service to guests while recommending beverages and responding to requests.
Monitor and replenish bar inventory, ensuring adequate supplies, glassware, garnishes, and equipment are available.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet bars, ensuring smooth event operations.
Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Banquet teams to deliver seamless service during conferences, weddings, and special events.
Promote responsible alcohol consumption.
Report inventory shortages, equipment issues, and guest concerns promptly to management.
